Over de functie Teamleader Workshop
In the workshop there is a lot of activity. Your co-workers are working hard on various types of excavators. In this dynamic role as Teamleader Workshop at the department Pre-delivery Inspection, you are responsible for a smooth process around the inspection and delivery of groundmoving equipment. What will your main tasks be?- Leading your colleagues, around 15-20 co-workers, in the workshop
- Refining and optimizing the execution of work processes
- Being a point of reference for your colleagues within the organisation
- Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness of workspaces and equipment
Over het bedrijf in Moerdijk
As Teamleader Workshop you will work in a family company, which has built a strong foundation over the last years in exceptional transport and technical activities such as the assembly and modification of groundmoving equipment. At the department in Moerdijk you will work with 40-50 colleagues who are both working in transport and technical activities.Je verdient het
As an experienced Team Leader, you will shape the future development of the department and contribute to the company objectives. For that you are rewarded as follows:- Salary up to €3.700 gross per month depending on your age and experience
- 25 vacation days, 3,5 extra vacation days which you build up via ATV and 8,33% holiday allowance
- Via the Intro Academy you can follow courses and additional education like a leadership or safety course
- Travel allowance
- Chance to get a permanent contract at the company after a halfyear, approximately, via Intro EU-Staffing

You have/are:- A teambuilder who promotes team spirit
- Strong analytical thinking and can see the bigger picture
- Communication skills in English, and preferrably Dutch
- A person who has a technical background in education or working experience
